Tavo — Terms of Use
Effective date: 21 August 2025
Legal entity: Tavo is a trading name of LUX GLOBAL LTD (“LUX GLOBAL”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1) Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Tavo’s website, apps, or related services (collectively, the Service), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2) What Tavo Does
Tavo is a simple, self-serve tool for solo creators to create once, schedule, and publish to multiple social platforms. Key capabilities include: - Unlimited platform connections (one account per platform), - Unlimited AI assistance for drafting and refining posts, - Scheduling and cross-posting to supported platforms, all subject to these Terms, applicable platform rules, and our fair-use policy.
3) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18+ and able to form a contract. You are responsible for: - the accuracy of your account details and keeping credentials secure; - all activity under your account; - complying with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you’ve breached these Terms.
4) Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations
We offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions (cancel anytime). Current prices are shown at checkout.
- Billing & renewal. Plans auto-renew at the end of each term unless cancelled before renewal.
- Cancellations. When you cancel, service continues until the end of your current term.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial terms or unused time.
- Taxes & fees. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Changes. We may change plan features or pricing on notice; changes apply at your next renewal.
Fair-use note: “Unlimited” features are subject to reasonable, non-abusive use (see §6).
5) Platform Connections & Third-Party Terms
When you link a social platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, X/Twitter), you instruct us to publish content on your behalf. You must: - connect only accounts you have the right to use; - comply with each platform’s terms, community rules, and rate limits; - understand that APIs, outages, or policy changes may affect scheduling or posting. We do not guarantee delivery times if third-party services fail or throttle requests.
One account per platform means you can connect one profile/page/channel per supported platform under your subscription.
6) Fair-Use Policy (for “Unlimited”)
To protect service quality for all users, we may apply technical limits where use is excessive or abusive (e.g., bulk automation, scripted requests, or behavior that risks platform rate limits). If we detect misuse, we may warn, throttle, or suspend your account.
7) Your Content & License to Us
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (captions, media, links, etc.). You grant LUX GLOBAL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, store, format, reproduce, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the Service (including preparing and scheduling posts, generating previews, and enabling cross-posting). You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to post the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
You can delete drafts and scheduled posts at any time; published content remains governed by the relevant platform’s policies.
8) AI Features & Your Responsibilities
Tavo provides AI-assisted drafting (ideas, captions, hooks, hashtags, rewrites). AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context. You must review, edit, and approve content before posting and ensure it complies with applicable laws and platform policies. You are solely responsible for AI-assisted content you publish.
9) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: - post illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; - harass or threaten others or incite violence; - spam or manipulate engagement; - probe or disrupt our Service, bypass rate limits, or reverse-engineer features; - collect sensitive data without proper notice and consent.
We may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these rules.
10) Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (available on our site). By using the Service, you consent to that processing.
11) Intellectual Property
The Service (software, UI, design, logos, documentation, and underlying models) is owned by LUX GLOBAL or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
12) Feedback
If you provide ideas or suggestions, you grant us a free, perpetual license to use them without restriction or obligation.
13) Service Changes & Availability
We may add, change, or remove features and may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We are not liable for unavailability due to third-party platforms, APIs, or networks.
14) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if providing the Service becomes impracticable (e.g., due to platform policy changes). On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain clauses (e.g., §§7, 8, 11, 15–18) survive.
15) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable.
16) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUX GLOBAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA. Our aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in that period. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits; your statutory rights are unaffected where they cannot be excluded.
17) Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LUX GLOBAL and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
18) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the UK/EEA may benefit from mandatory protections of their local law and may bring claims in their home courts where required by law.
19) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or in-app). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
